It can be difficult to work through past traumas such as abuse, assault, neglect, family dysfunction, and bullying, but with the S.T.A.R. System, we will work together to process your feelings about these experiences and help you to fully understand the effect they have had on your life.  Together in therapy we will work through these steps using dialogue, introspection, and a series of exercises designed to help you make the changes necessary to heal and move forward.
